Lift ticket office hours: 8:15 a.m. at the base of the gondola.
The Visitor House next to Quad 1 is a free rest area and lift tickets are not sold in this area.
Tohoku residents including foreigners living and serving abroad are eligible tor the benefits.
Please show your ID card that certifies that you are a Tohoku Resident.
Child rates apply for children 6-11 years old (or up to elementary school if attending school in Japan). Children under 6 years old ski for free when accompanied by an adult. Senior rates apply for ages 60 and above. Photo ID may be required for children and seniors.
The courses may be subject to closures depending on weather conditions.
We accept credit cards at the ticket counters, shop, snow school, and rentals.
Guests with disabilities are eligible for discounts (see pricing below).
Lift tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Any forgery or copying of lift passes will be reprimanded at the full extend of the law.
Resale, transferring, and lending of lift tickets is not allowed.
