Rental equipment can be hired from the Gondola building from 8:30 to 16:00. Hotel guests, please ask front desk staff about fitting outside of these times.

Rental Information

Rental fees are applicable until the beginning of April 2026.
Rental equipment can be borrowed from 08:30 to 16:00 at the Gondola Station, 1st Floor. (Equipment must be returned by 16:30.)
Guests staying at the hotel who wish to use the equipment outside of these hours should inquire at the Front Desk.
When renting, please present a form of personal identification (such as a driver's license).
Please note that no refunds will be issued once equipment has been rented.
The Child Rate applies to elementary school students and children of pre-school age.
Payments at the rental counter and the shop can be made using Cash, Credit Card, or QR Code Payment

Ski Sets include Skis, Boots, and Poles. Snowboard Sets include Snowboard and Boots.
We do not rent out boards/skis only; they are rented as a set that includes the bindings.
Wear Set consists of a jacket and pants. Goggles, hats, and gloves are not available for rental.
